By creating an account or playing Taskbar Fayren ("the Game"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

1. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You may sign in using a username and password or with your Google account. One person is expected to use one account; you must provide accurate information.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to cheat, exploit bugs, use unauthorized third-party software, automate gameplay, attack or overload our servers, or attempt to access other players' accounts or our systems without authorization. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

3. Virtual items and currency

The Game may include virtual items and in-game currency. These have no real-world monetary value, are licensed (not sold) to you for use within the Game, and cannot be redeemed for cash. We may modify, manage or remove virtual items as needed to operate or balance the Game.

4. Availability and changes

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available". We may update, change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Game at any time, including content, features and game balance.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or progress, arising from your use of the Game.

6. Termination

You may stop using the Game at any time and request account deletion. We may terminate or suspend access for violations of these Terms.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
